Great experience with Carmine at The Atlantic Club I’ve been training with Carmine and he’s been an excellent personal trainer. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and really pays attention to form and technique so every session feels productive and safe. He keeps the workouts challenging but always adjusts when needed, and he explains things clearly so I understand why we’re doing each movement. What I appreciate most is how consistent and encouraging he is. He shows up ready to work, stays focused, and makes the sessions feel purposeful without ever being pushy. If you’re looking for a competent, reliable trainer at The Atlantic Club who will help you stay consistent and make real progress, I’d recommend Carmine without hesitation. Great trainer and experience with Taylor who is helping me with great routines to strengthen the core and increase stability. Sessions are great and I see all the other trainers working well with their clients. Also New to club so learning the ropes about the club in general and quite a bit of change going on with transition from old club to new Genesis club

Working with Eric has been amazing! I can't recommend him highly enough. He knows his stuff, explains not just what I am going to do, but why & how it will help me hit my goals. Since I started working with Eric I have better balance, more strength, & more endurance in daily activities and in Swimming, Tennis and Cycling. He is also a ton of fun to talk to while working out. A real Renaissance Man. Anyone, of any age would benefit from working with him.

Mary Wilde is an outstanding water fitness instructor. Her classes are fun and exactly as challenging as you want them to be. She is very good at explaining why she has us doing particular movements so that we can maximize our efforts safely. It’s the best group fitness class I ever took (and I’ve taken a LOT)

Have been a longtime member of the Atlantic club Manasquan and can honestly say I have used nearly every service this club has to offer, from the workout classes and yoga to the pool and saunas to the kids club, even the summer cabana pool. The services are comprehensive and accommodating, and constantly evolving to fit the needs of the fitness community. Currently am in my personal training phase, working out with an incredibly talented and knowledgeable trainer, Sandra. She is amazing and professional and tailors our workout sessions to my personal goals and to fit my busy schedule, even offering home workouts that are so convenient for me for when I just can’t fit in the time to come in. She keeps me on track and I can never rave about her enough! 10/10 for Sandra.
